Brief

As part of ZWILLING’s Culinary World campaign, we were asked to plan, develop and release themed content that would be representing Canada in the Culinary World experience. As Canada’s sole contributors, we were tasked with finding restaurants that reflected the theme and Flavours of the Middle East.

Strategy

To expand our Canadian representation, we flew to one of the country’s best Middle Eastern restaurants, Farouiz located in Ottawa. We brought a photographer and videographer to capture the creation of the recipe.

Results

Executive Chef Walid El-Tawel creating a beautiful dish known as the Baharat Crusted Tuna Lakerda. His recipe was added to the Culinary World recipe index on behalf of Canada. The content created during the shoot is shared on ZWILLING social media accounts around the world.
