Brief

As part of ZWILLING’s Culinary World campaign, we were asked to plan, develop and release themed content that would be representing Canada in the Culinary World experience.  As Canada’s sole contributors, we were tasked with finding restaurants that reflected the theme, Flavours of the Middle East.

Strategy

We partnered with Byblos, one of Toronto’s notable Mediterranean restaurants. Executive Corporate Chef at ICONINK, Ben Heaton. Heaton created a mouth watering recipe in which was captured by our photographer and videographer for content.

Results

The recipe created by Heaton, Plated Black Truffle Rice dish was used to represent Canada in the Culinary World recipe index. The content created during the shoot is shared on ZWILLING social media accounts around the world.
